EasyHealth runs every process in your hospital, from registration to the NHIA claim, on one patient record.

Where hospitals lose money today
| Today | With EasyHealth | |
|---|---|---|
| Laboratory | The test is charged the moment the doctor orders it. | |
| Pharmacy | Every drug movement is logged with a name and a reason. | |
| NHIA claims | Gaps show up while the patient is still in the building. |
Every order, charge and claim comes from one record, on a server at your own hospital.
How it works
Doctors see the whole patient.
Vitals from nursing, history and past results sit beside the notes. Diagnoses use ICD-10, and orders go straight to the lab and pharmacy.

Questions administrators ask
Ask us yourself.
Book a demoDoes it handle NHIA claims?
Yes. Claims are built from the care and prescriptions already recorded, checked, batched and sent. Sponsor claims work the same way.
Who owns our patient data?
You do. Each hospital has its own server and database, and records are never pooled with other hospitals.
What if our internet goes down?
EasyHealth runs on a server at your hospital, so the wards keep working on your local network when the wider internet is slow or gone.
What happens when staff fall back to paper?
They keep working on paper and enter it later with the real time. Late entries are marked as late, so the record stays honest.
Which departments does it cover?
Registration and queues, vitals and consultations, laboratory, pharmacy, stores, admissions and wards, payments, and NHIA and sponsor claims, all on one patient record.
Can we start with one department?
Yes. You can begin with registration and pharmacy, then add the laboratory, admissions and claims as staff get comfortable.
How do we go live?
We load your clinics, services, drugs and prices, train each department on the job with a practice site, and stay close for the first weeks.
